Privacy policy

This policy explains what information DENSE collects through this website, why, and what happens to it.

The estimate request form

When you request a free on-site estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and ZIP code, and, if you choose to give them, your email, street address, best time to call and notes. If you used the estimator, your answers and the price range it showed you are attached, together with the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, which ad you clicked).

We use this information only to contact you about your estimate and to schedule and carry out the work. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Photos you upload

You can add photos of your floor to the form. They are uploaded to our file storage provider, Vercel Blob, before the form is sent.

• Each photo gets a long, random web address. Anyone with that exact address can open the photo, but it is not listed or linked anywhere public, and we share it only with our team.
• We keep photos while we need them for your estimate and your project.
• Photos uploaded but never sent with a request are stored the same way.
• To have your photos deleted at any time, contact us and we'll remove them.

How your request reaches us

Your request is sent by email to our sales inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend. The email contains the details above and links to your photos. It is kept in our inbox so we can follow up with you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether the estimator is completed. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects device and usage information, such as your browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. It does not receive your name, phone number, address or photos from our forms. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including your photos. Contact us using the email or phone number at the bottom of this page.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
