  2. 02 — No shortcuts

    Diamond grinding

Mechanical diamond grinding with dust extraction opens the concrete so the coating has a surface to bond to.

    Multi-layer system

Base coat, color layer and a UV-stable topcoat work together as one complete floor system.

  4. 04 — Covered

FAQ

Answers before you call.

How much does a garage floor coating cost?

It depends on the size, the system and the condition of the concrete. The estimator gives you a range for your garage in a few questions, before you share any contact details. The free on-site visit confirms the final price.

What does the price include?

A moisture test, crack and joint filling, diamond grinding with dust extraction, a full vacuum, the base coat, the system layer, a UV-stable topcoat and cleanup. Extra repairs and options such as stem walls or steps are added to your range.

Why do garage floor coatings fail, and how is DENSE different?

Common reasons are moisture coming up through the slab, a surface that was never properly ground, cracks that were only covered, or old paint left in place. DENSE tests for moisture, fills cracks and joints, diamond-grinds the slab with dust extraction, and only then builds the coating on top.

What if my concrete has cracks, oil stains or moisture?

Most cracks and oil stains are repaired or treated as part of the job, and the estimator adds them to your range. Moisture needs a closer look: we test on site and explain what the result means for your floor before you commit.

Can you coat over existing paint or coating?

We remove it first. Coating over old paint is a common reason new floors fail. Choose "Existing paint or coating" in the estimator and removal is added to your range.

Which system should I choose?

Full Broadcast Flake suits most garages: it is textured, forgiving and easy to keep clean. Solid Color is minimal, Quartz adds texture and Metallic is a decorative finish. If you are between two, we will help you decide at the site visit.

Is the floor slippery when wet?

Flake and quartz floors have texture built in, which helps with grip. For extra grip, an anti-slip additive can go into the topcoat; it is an option in the estimator.

How long does installation take, and when can I use the floor?

Installation time depends on the system and the condition of the slab. Your estimate shows it and we confirm it at the site visit. The floor then cures: we give you one time for walking on it and a later one for parking.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every DENSE floor comes with our warranty, and we go through the terms with you before any work starts.

What happens at the free on-site estimate?

We look at the slab, test for moisture, measure the space and confirm your price. It is free.
